Esteban Fernandez Drovetta - Managing Director

Esteban has extensive experience in Human Resources, Change Management, Organisation Design, and Business Processes improvement.

As SenPhi's founder and Managing Director since early 2009, he has transmitted our values.

Esteban has also been in the consulting business in Buenos Aires, Argentina.  His experience included providing advice and coaching on Human Resources, Finance Management, Process Improvement and Business Development.

Esteban has expertise in different industries and organisations.  He has been involved in the banking, manufacturing, hospitality, IT and energy industries, government departments, Crown Entities and Not-for-Profit organisations.

Esteban has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all HR and management disciplines, business and performance improvement, systems and information management, organisational development and business management.
